1. Data controller

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD), the controller of your data is:

2. Data we process

We process the data you provide through the contact form: name, email address and the content of your message.

If you create an account in the application, we also process your name, your email address and your password (stored encrypted and irrecoverable), as well as your organization data and the configuration of your projects.

If you purchase a paid plan, payment is handled by Stripe; we do not store your card numbers.

Using the service generates technical records of the runs you launch (dates, statuses, cost), which are necessary to provide it.

3. Purpose

We use your data to handle your request or inquiry, to provide the contracted service (account, organizations, projects and runs), to manage billing and to keep the platform secure. We do not build profiles or make automated decisions with legal effects about you.

4. Legal basis

The lawful bases for processing are: the performance of the service contract (account, plans and billing), your consent when you write to us through the form, and the legitimate interest of IMANI in handling your inquiries and protecting the security of the platform.

5. Retention

We keep your account data while the account is active and, after its deletion, for the legally required periods. Contact form data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted.

6. Recipients and processors

We do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required. The providers that render technology services to us act as data processors, with the guarantees required by the regulation:

Hetzner Online GmbH provides the platform hosting (Germany, European Union).

Neon Inc. provides the managed database (Frankfurt region, European Union).

Resend sends transactional and contact form emails; it may process data outside the European Economic Area under the appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.

Stripe handles plan payments in accordance with its own GDPR guarantees.

The validations you launch are processed with Anthropic models using your own organization API key, under your contractual relationship with that provider.

7. Your rights

You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability through the contact form on this website. If you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulation, you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Browser storage

This site stores one technical preference in your browser (light or dark theme) using local storage, and does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools. The application (app.tecnicait.com) uses essential session cookies, required to sign in and keep your account secure.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. The credentials you store on the platform, such as your organization API key, are stored encrypted.
